Support students and young conservationists

We aim to contribute to the fostering of next generation of Mongolian conservationists and biologists through supporting and helping students to work on their own research projects. Our staff and experts help students to complete their research projects for independaent study, also undergraduate and graduate diploma works. 

WSCC currently offers one award each year, but we are always seeking partnership opportunities with individuals, businesses, and organizations with same goal and interests to expand the award categories and amount. 

Academician Ayurzana Bold Award for Young Ornithologists

We manage the Academician Ayurzana Bold Memorial Award for Young Ornithologists. This award is supported by late Dr. Bold's family and friends in hopes to continue his life long dedication to Mongolian ornithology. The Award supports field research projects on wild birds in Mongolia and is given to undergraduate and master's level students and awarded in March of each year. 

We want to increase the fund for this award in order to strengthen our support to students and encourage more students in ornithology and bird conservation in this country. If you would like to support this work, please, let us know.
